VISION & MISSION OF THE DOCTORAL PROGRAM

Academic Vision of the Doctoral Program in Educational Management

To develop creative and original knowledge in educational management through inter-, multi-, and transdisciplinary research aimed at addressing complex educational challenges, grounded in the values of excellence, equity, and local–global wisdom within diversity.

Mission of the Doctoral Program in Educational Management
  1. To deliver learning programmes aimed at producing leaders with strong academic and/or professional competencies in the fields of educational leadership and management.
  2. To conduct research in educational leadership and management to advance the discipline and strengthen the knowledge base underpinning the development of policies and academic as well as professional programmes.
  3. To carry out community engagement through the dissemination of relevant theories and research findings to address problems and improve the quality of leadership and management practices in education.
  4. To develop collaboration with stakeholders and institutions at national and international levels in order to enhance and improve the quality of the study programme, encompassing both academic activities (education, research, publication, and training) and non-academic aspects (services and institutional reputation).
