In 2035, it will be a superior research-based study program in the development of learning programs, knowledge (body of knowledge), and leadership practices and educational management based on the values of excellence, justice, and localglobal wisdom in diversity.

MISSION OF STUDY PROGRAM

1. Organizing learning programs to produce leaders who have academic and/or professional abilities in the field of educational leadership and management.
2. Conducting research in the field of educational leadership and management for the development of knowledge and scientific base in the development of academic and professional policies and programs.
3. Conducting community service in the form of disseminating theories and relevant research results to solve problems or improve the quality of educational leadership and management practices.
4. Develop cooperation with domestic and foreign stakeholders and agencies for the development and improvement of the quality of study programs, both academic (education, research, publication, training) and non-academic (institutional services and reputation) programs.
